George Hill PG 25 6'2'' 181 C+ B C B+ D C old George Hill PG 25 6'2'' 181 C+ B B- B+ D+ C new
Hill desreves a bump in handling 5 assists a game, and only 1.5 turn overs a game in this season, Kobe has B handles with 5.6 assists and 3.7 turn overs. Just about every team has a back up point gaurd with atleast B- handles who isnt as good as Hill. and this year has sort of been his breakout season with 10 total win shares which is pretty darn good.. He averages 4 rebounds a game, i think D+ is deserving.
Patrick Mills PG 21 5'11'' 180 C+ B- B- B- C- A Tony Wroten Jr. PG 19 6'5'' 204 C+ C B- C D+ B Eric Maynor PG 24 6'2'' 165 C+ C+ B- B- D+ A Terrence Williams SG 24 6'6'' 215 C+ B- B- C+ C B Jeremy Lamb SG 20 6'5'' 185 C+ B- B- C+ D+ A
the list goes on and on... hil is a much better passer, and player then these guys.... deserves B- handling.

West's defense should be improve. Get two total takeaways a game, is one of the strongest players in the league today, and is 4th in defensive ratings and 6th in defensive win shares. Gets 3 assists a game for a bigman which is great. should improve that a little.

I want to make some comparisons. (All Numbers ending at the end 11-12 NBA season) Player 1:
| PG | 21 | 6'4'' | 184 | B- | B- | B | B- | C- | A |
22 Years Old 0.423 | 0.071 | 0.789 | 0.7 | 3.8 | 4.5 | 8.0 | 1.4 | 0.9 | 3.86 | 2.08 | 16.3 |
FG% 3P% FT% OFF DEF TOT AS ST BL TO PF PPG Player 2:
| PG | 24 | 6'1'' | 180 | C | C+ | C+ | B- | D+ | B |
25 Years Old 0.433 | 0.377 | 0.861 | 0.4 | 2.2 | 2.5 | 6.5 | 2.2 | 0.2 | 2.02 | 2.15 | 12.7 |
FG% 3P% FT% OFF DEF TOT AS ST BL TO PF PPG Player 3:
| PG | 22 | 6'0'' | 180 | B | B- | B | B | C- | A |
23 Years Old 0.418 | 0.332 | 0.808 | 0.7 | 2.7 | 3.4 | 5.5 | 1.6 | 0.3 | 2.21 | 1.73 | 19.1 |
FG% 3P% FT% OFF DEF TOT AS ST BL TO PF PPG All 3 are PG's in the early to mid-20's. As the numbers show, Player 2 shot more efficiently in all 3 categories, averaged more assists than player 3, and almost 2 turnovers LESS per game than player 1. He averaged more steals than both players, and is one of the best in the NBA in that regard. He didnt average as many points, because he wasnt a focal point of the team, and isnt classified as a "chucker" in any regard. He is an above average point guard on a winning team. Player 1: John Wall Player 3: Brandon Jennings Both household names on bad teams that get press for flashy passes and highlight finishes at the basket. Wall has never made the playoffs, and Jennings has never been seeded higher than sixth. Player 2: Mike Conley Jr. The grizzles have been a contender in the difficult west for the last 3 years, and Conley is a HUGE reason for that. He plays the way the team needs him to, and should be rated as such. My Request: Thanks for the time Sheddy

1. Contract issues with Steph Curry Golden State....The start date of this league is equal to when he signed a new contract so either he should be a restricted Free agent at the end of the first season or have the following contract. 2013 9,887,642 2014 10,629,213 2015 11,370,786 2016 12,112,359
2. JR Smith should have player option for second year of his contract.

Tobias Harrischange to: Tobias Harris had good per-minute numbers, but didn't get the minutes. In Orlando, he's proving he can thrive when given the playing time. Since joining the Magic, he's averaging 16.9 ppg and 8.8 rpg in only 35.9 mpg. He's scoring pretty efficiently and turning the ball over quite low for someone with his usage% and minutes. This draft file was probably made before Tobias Harris was traded and proved to be the real deal. He's kind of a PF/SF swing player, I think of him kind of as a bigger Luol Deng, Kris Humphries type. He played mainly SF in Milwaukee, but has done more PF work in Orlando. I'll also use Carmelo's ratings, just for fun. Inside Scoring:This one is most obvious to me. Harris takes 34% of his shots inside and has an effective FG% of 64.3% ( Source). Luol Deng, who is a B inside, takes 33% of his shots inside and has an eFG% of 59.7% ( source). Humphries at a B inside has an eFG% of 52.5% ( source). Hell, even Carmelo (B+ inside) shoots 55.4% inside for comparison ( Source). Rebounding:This one is second-most obvious in my mind. Harris grabs 8.9 rebounds per 36 and has a C+ rebounding, while Luol Deng (B-) grabs 6.0 rp36, and Carmelo (C+) grabs 6.4 rp36. Defense:Deng is a B+ defender, which is probably accurate. He has a STL% of 1.5 and a BLK% of 0.8. Carmelo Anthony is a C+ defender here (!) and has a STL% of 1.1 and a BLK% of 1.1. Tobias Harris, at a C defense, has a STL% of 1.3 and BLK% of 2.6. Humphries is a B- defender and has 0.7/2.2. I would look further into everything, but I hope this is enough evidence. Besides, my break at work is running out in 2 minutes and I don't want to lose this post

Roy Hibbert defense from A- to A, rebounding from C+ to B. Let's start off with rebounding... Hibbert 8.8 rebounds last year, and 8.3 this year. Both seasons he didn't play over 30 minutes. Both season per36 would be above 10 RPG. Guys like Chris Bosh and Kevin Garnett combined for ONE season out of the past two of over 8 rebounds, many that player would be Garnett, not to mention they both played more minutes the past two season per game. Hibbert had the second best offensive rebound percent, he has the third most offensive rebounds, and was 8th last year. He deserves B rebounds when you look at the players in this league who have it with less rebounds and more minutes... More thn just Bosh n Garnett BTW. How Bosh has B+ is a total mystery to me. Hibberts defense should be bumped because he is one of the three best defensive bigs in the league. He he doesn't bump up a grade, he should at least put right there. Averages 2.6 blocks a game which is third in the NBA, top ten in the NBA the past three years, has the third block percent in the NBA, top ten the past three years. 2nd highest defensive rating this year, with the 4th most defensive win shares. If he doesn't get an A, his A- should be moved to a VERY VERY HIGH A- IMO... He will be all league defensive first or second team this year. Hibbert rebounding moves to B...i actually just missed that one Hibbert D is fine at A-. People need to realize in this league that most, not all, but most ratings are a little low for a reason, so its gotta stay like that. Sorry

James Harden Current: B B+ C+ B- D+ A Wanted: B+ B+ B B D+ A Reasoning: James Harden has proven this year that he is a legitimate star in the NBA after finally getting out from under the shadow of stars Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook James is lighting it up in Houston scoring 26 ppg his scoring should most certainly be B+ B+-. He plays SG and averages 6 assists per game so his handles should get a boost as well. His Defense is been pretty solid this year hes getting 1.8 steals per game and has been very good on D for the Rockets this season. www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/hardeja01.htmlHarden is fine. He has ratings of players averaging more PPG than him. Handling is fine as well. D will be moved to B So you are telling me Harden will average 25 ppg with B B+ scoring? And he will get 6 assists per game with C+ handles?

Moe HarklessCurrently: Desired: Moe Harkless has a higher effective FG% than the following players who are at least a B- inside: Andre Iguodala (B), Kevin Garnett (B), David West (B), Paul George (B-), Joe Johnson (B), Al Jefferson (B), Josh Smith (B) and a number of others including Noah, Aldridge, Favors, Monroe, Gasol, Randolph... Also only 0.9% lower than Carmelo Anthony (B+). Harkless actually has an inside effective FG% of 61.9%, which is also higher than Carmelo. This kid can flat out finish on the inside. He's actually shooting 51% from inside the arc as a whole.
