Tobias Harrischange to: Tobias Harris had good per-minute numbers, but didn't get the minutes. In Orlando, he's proving he can thrive when given the playing time. Since joining the Magic, he's averaging 16.9 ppg and 8.8 rpg in only 35.9 mpg. He's scoring pretty efficiently and turning the ball over quite low for someone with his usage% and minutes. This draft file was probably made before Tobias Harris was traded and proved to be the real deal. He's kind of a PF/SF swing player, I think of him kind of as a bigger Luol Deng, Kris Humphries type. He played mainly SF in Milwaukee, but has done more PF work in Orlando. I'll also use Carmelo's ratings, just for fun. Inside Scoring:This one is most obvious to me. Harris takes 34% of his shots inside and has an effective FG% of 64.3% ( Source). Luol Deng, who is a B inside, takes 33% of his shots inside and has an eFG% of 59.7% ( source). Humphries at a B inside has an eFG% of 52.5% ( source). Hell, even Carmelo (B+ inside) shoots 55.4% inside for comparison ( Source). Rebounding:This one is second-most obvious in my mind. Harris grabs 8.9 rebounds per 36 and has a C+ rebounding, while Luol Deng (B-) grabs 6.0 rp36, and Carmelo (C+) grabs 6.4 rp36. Defense:Deng is a B+ defender, which is probably accurate. He has a STL% of 1.5 and a BLK% of 0.8. Carmelo Anthony is a C+ defender here (!) and has a STL% of 1.1 and a BLK% of 1.1. Tobias Harris, at a C defense, has a STL% of 1.3 and BLK% of 2.6. Humphries is a B- defender and has 0.7/2.2. I would look further into everything, but I hope this is enough evidence. Besides, my break at work is running out in 2 minutes and I don't want to lose this post Harris will get a B- inside and a B- defense Everything else, will be rejected

Moe HarklessCurrently: Desired: Moe Harkless has a higher effective FG% than the following players who are at least a B- inside: Andre Iguodala (B), Kevin Garnett (B), David West (B), Paul George (B-), Joe Johnson (B), Al Jefferson (B), Josh Smith (B) and a number of others including Noah, Aldridge, Favors, Monroe, Gasol, Randolph... Also only 0.9% lower than Carmelo Anthony (B+). Harkless actually has an inside effective FG% of 61.9%, which is also higher than Carmelo. This kid can flat out finish on the inside. He's actually shooting 51% from inside the arc as a whole. Hakrless is fine for a rook that doesn't play a ton. He stays

Omer Asik Rebounding from C+ to B+ Reasoning: He averages 11.7 rebounds per game in 30 minutes per game this averages out to 14 rebounds per 36 minutes the guy is a force on the glass and C+ is a disservice to him www.basketball-reference.com/players/a/asikom01.html

Good job on my roster pretty accurate, only thing I see is Curry should be A- outside for obvious reasons.. among top 3 point shooters in league ...would link stats but I'm mobile...if he don't go up its cool

Glen "Big Baby" DavisCurrently: Desired: Davis averaged 15.1 ppg this season. He's not doing that with B- / C+ ratings. The Magic did 7.6 points per 48 minutes better this year with Davis on the floor than with him off, highest on the team. He gets blocked a lot because he's short for a PF, but when it comes to his personal ability to finish, he's actually really good. His effective FG% for inside shots this year was 59.8%.

Nikola Vucevic Current: Desired: Here are a few NBA players with similar size and skill sets to Vucevic, arranged in increasing defensive rating. I tried to get each step from C+ to A-. Player | Blocks per 36 min
| Steals per 36 min | Block % | Steal % | DEF Rating
| David Lee
| 0.3
| 0.8
| 0.6
| 1.1
| C+
| Jason Thompson
| 1.0
| 0.7
| 2.1
| 1.0
| B-
| Lamarcus Aldridge
| 1.2
| 0.8
| 2.4
| 1.2
| B
| Al Horford
| 1.0
| 1.0
| 2.2
| 1.5
| B+
| Tyson Chandler
| 1.2
| 0.7
| 3.0
| 1.0
| A-
|
Now here's Vucevic:
Player
| Blocks per 36 min
| Steals per 36 min
| Block %
| Steal %
| DEF Rating
| Nikola Vucevic
| 1.1
| 0.8
| 2.4
| 1.2
| C
|
Vucevic's defensive rating in this league is so low it's off the chart. David Lee, one of the worst defenders in the league, gets a C+ for defense. If I was to insert Vucevic into this chart, I would place him right on par with Aldridge since their stats are almost identical, and Vucevic is clearly better than Thompson and Lee. He's a pretty good defender, and no way should he be worse than the notorious no-defense big men of the league: David Lee: C+ Carlos Boozer: C+ Brandon Bass: C+ Kris Humphries : B- Amare Stoudemire: B- Ryan Anderson: B (!)
Andrea Bargnani B- (!!!) Dirk Nowitzki: B (!)

George is a clearly the better shooter, and they both have B-.... thats BS
